Academic Advisor As our Academic Advisor you will report to the Director of Program. First and foremost, the Academic Advisor will be a fierce advocate for College Track’s mission to equip students confronting systemic barriers to earn a bachelor’s degree in pursuit of a life of opportunity, choice, and power.The Academic Advisor will work closely with their peer Academic Advisor, in addition to other members of the site team. By delivering engaging content and facilitating dynamic workshops and hosting 1:1 advising appointments, the Academic Advisor will help ensure scholars matriculate into colleges that match their academic and personal goals.  Interested?
College Counseling Director  The College Counseling Director (CCD) reports to the Executive Site Director and is responsible for leading college counseling outcomes at their site. As our Community Resource Manager , you will help deliver programming that builds scholars’ social emotional strengths and connects students and caregivers to community resources (e.g. mental health care, food access, housing, legal aid, etc.) so that our scholars are equipped to enter college to achieve their larger life goals.
