College Thrive Coach As our College Thrive Coach, you will report to the Director of College Thrive. The College Thrive Coach will work in close partnership with the College Counseling teams to ensure the smooth transition of rising college freshmen from high school to college teams. The College Thrive Coach works to ensure scholars matriculate to college, college scholars successfully persist, and college scholars graduate within four years. Director of Program As our Director of Program, you will oversee day-to-day site management in order to deliver a suite of comprehensive leadership development programming that effectively prepares College Track Scholars. Day to day, you will coach and manage all College Track staff running programming, co-create a student-centered environment for young people of different backgrounds, and partner with the Operations Manager to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for scholars, staff, and visitors. As the face of College Track in East Palo Alto, the Executive Site Director will be responsible for cultivating and strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders, including schools, nonprofit organizations, philanthropic partners, and civic leaders.
IT Coordinator As our IT Coordinator, you will work in close partnership with the Central IT team to provide on-site technology support for Apple CEI and other programming, so scholars can fully participate and staff can execute their roles. Day to day, you will: Provide Tier I IT support to staff and scholars, including troubleshooting device and connectivity issues (e.g., password resets, connecting to Wi-Fi, setting up Zoom Rooms) Manage hardware inventory, including receiving, unboxing, and configuring new devices.
