As our IT Coordinator, you will work in close partnership with the Central IT team to provide on-site technology support for Apple CEI and other programming, so scholars can fully participate and staff can execute their roles.
Day to day, you will:
- Provide Tier I IT support to staff and scholars, including troubleshooting device and connectivity issues (e.g., password resets, connecting to Wi-Fi, setting up Zoom Rooms)
- Manage hardware inventory, including receiving, unboxing, and configuring new devices.
- Maintain and ensure the readiness of devices like iPads, MacBooks, and shared technology, including performing updates and charging.

- You are excited about working a 100% In Person with our scholars. You’d be expected in the office 5 -8 hours a week between the hours of 10:00-6:00 Monday-Friday . With the option of working (2) half days or (1) full day/week. We would need you to be available to attend ITC role-alike meeting on Thursdays at 11:00 am PT once a month.
Compensation: This position is Part-Time, Non-Exempt. The full compensation range for a IT Coordinator in Watts, CA is $25 – $28 / Hour with the exact compensation depending on experience.
