LEAD Curriculum

Career readiness makes up 20% of the LEAD curriculum every high school scholar experiences on-site, equipping scholars with the perspective and skills to lead with purpose in their communities, in college, and beyond.

Career Exposure Events

Through employer visits and site-hosted events, scholars get interactive, hands-on exposure to potential career paths. These events help scholars map their values, passions, skills, and interests to real opportunities that fit who they are. Life Design Workshops

Practical, hands-on workshops scholars can can return to at any stage of their career journey, covering everything from job searching to navigating the workplace.

Internship Experience

Internships are one of the strongest predictors of future employment — sharpening career interests, building real work experience, and opening doors to networking and mentorship. We seek out exclusive, paid opportunities available only to College Track scholars, so every internship is high-quality and the right fit.

Career Accelerator Programs

Career Discovery Externship
This summer program connects college scholars to career pathways across industries — visiting host companies, experiencing a day in the life, and identifying roles that fit their interests and values, alongside alumni panels and hands-on workshops.

ASU For Everyone Series Certificates
Through a partnership with Arizona State University, scholars can access on-demand, self-paced virtual courses to build essential professional development skills.
