Employers converted 63% of their 2024–25 interns into full-time hires, the highest rate in five years.* College Track connects scholars to paid, 8- to 10-week summer internships built around real, hands-on projects, not busywork, alongside a dedicated manager, opportunities for mentorship, and a cohort of fellow scholars working toward the same goal.
College Track also maintains ongoing relationships with local employers who reserve spots or mark our scholars as preferred candidates, giving you a real head start when it is time to apply.
