TFI Flourish is built on a simple belief that College Track scholars are capable of extraordinary things. The cohort-based program is designed to invest in College Track scholars’ leadership potential, support their college success, and mentor them as they move into their early careers — building the relationships, resilience, and confidence to operate with excellence in college and far beyond it. By prioritizing belonging, personal and professional development, and financial health, TFI Flourish equips scholars to overcome obstacles on the path to lasting success.
TFI Flourish is designed to expand economic mobility for young women from racially and ethnically diverse backgrounds. To apply, scholars must be current College Track scholars from the D.C.–Maryland region, and full program admittance requires enrollment as a full-time college freshman at a four-year college or university in the fall semester.

Cohort scholars have access to tangible resources that make a real difference, including the B.L.O.O.M. Box Package (College Care Package) and need-based Laptop Technology Support (university/college documentation required), plus Special Program Perks & Incentives throughout the year.
