Collado to its Board of Directors. Britti and Dr. Collado’s extensive leadership experience in higher education and real estate technology position StarRez to accelerate recent global market traction and further establish its leadership position in empowering thriving residential communities.

Britti joins the board with deep leadership experience in identifying and executing growth opportunities at real estate and technology companies. He is currently the leader of MAB Strategic Advisors and Senior Vice President of Mirasol Capital, an investment firm pursuing opportunities in real estate, technology, and entertainment. Prior to Mirasol Capital, Britti spent 13 years at RealPage, a leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry, in leadership positions including President-Operations Management and Executive Vice President, M&A.

Dr. Collado brings extensive administrative experience in the higher education sector, both at private and public institutions and through her leadership of related not-for-profit organizations. She is nationally recognized for her innovative approaches to improving student access and success in higher education. She currently serves as President and CEO of College Track, a comprehensive college completion program that supports first-generation college students from underserved communities confronting systemic barriers to earn a bachelor’s degree. Prior to College Track, Dr. Collado served as the President of Ithaca College, where she became the first person of color to serve as president and the first Dominican American in the United States to serve as president of a four-year institution. Dr. Collado has held several senior leadership positions at additional colleges and universities including Rutgers University–Newark, Middlebury College, and Lafayette College.

Britti and Dr. Collado’s appointments were sourced through the external board program operated by Vista Equity Partners, a global investment firm focused on enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled businesses and a majority investor in StarRez. Launched in 2017, the board program leverages Vista’s ecosystem and additional resources to identify, train, and appoint qualified board candidates for its portfolio companies. The program works to create a diverse pipeline of qualified board candidates through programs and partnerships that advance diversity for all boards and drive impact for the corporate world at large.
