From High School Graduate to College-Bound
Launch to College marks a pivotal milestone in every scholar’s 10-year journey. It is the annual celebration honoring high school seniors as they complete high school, celebrate their college decisions, and step into the College Thrive phase of our program.
Held annually across all 13 College Track communities, Launch to College brings together family, staff, alumni, and college and university partners to recognize scholars for everything it took to get here. Alumni return to share what they’ve learned from their own college and career paths, offering inspiration, proof of what’s possible, and a reminder that the College Track community doesn’t end at graduation.
These events mark the completion of an important chapter in a scholar’s 10-year commitment, building belonging, inspiring confidence, and laying the foundation for what comes next. Launch to College also creates a meaningful moment of connection for the broader community, bringing supporters and partners together with scholars and families in a way that reflects the shared investment behind every scholar’s journey.
