Campus Community
Scholars build connection to their new college community through Campus Induction Ceremonies and Campus Community Meetings, helping them feel grounded and supported from the moment they arrive on campus.
From the first day on campus to graduation, College Thrive keeps scholars on track with coaching, community, and a clear path forward.
College Thrive picks up where College Readiness leaves off, walking with scholars from their first day on campus through graduation and into their first steps after college. It’s the middle chapter of College Track’s high-touch, relationship-centered model, when sustained, decade-long support matters most.
College Thrive programming is built around five goals that support the whole scholar:
Scholars build connection to their new college community through Campus Induction Ceremonies and Campus Community Meetings, helping them feel grounded and supported from the moment they arrive on campus.
Scholars stay grounded and growing through Life Design Workshops and peer mentor cohorts, building the skills and support system they need to navigate college life alongside others on the same path.
Scholars gain career readiness and internship experience — including through the Career Discovery Externship — that turns a degree into real career direction.
Scholars reach key milestones together, from Summer Edge as they arrive on campus to the Alumni Legacy Launch as they prepare to graduate.
