Two passionate educators saw a glaring opportunity gap for students on the east side of Palo Alto and decided to act. From that first class of 25 determined students, College Track was born.<\/p>\r\n
Today, our flagship center stands as a cornerstone of the community, serving scholars from across the Sequoia Union School District and celebrating hundreds of alumni who are redefining what\u2019s possible for East Palo Alto youth.<\/p>\r\n
Nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley, one of the wealthiest regions in the world, East Palo Alto continues to face significant barriers rooted in its history as a disenfranchised and unincorporated area. While the surrounding region thrives, only 20% of East Palo Alto residents age 25 and older hold a bachelor\u2019s degree.
