Collado to its Board of Directors. Britti and Dr. Collado\u2019s extensive leadership experience in higher education and real estate technology position StarRez to accelerate recent global market traction and further establish its leadership position in empowering thriving residential communities.\r\n\r\n\u201cI am excited to welcome Michael and Shirley as two new board members that bring a tremendous amount of industry expertise and passion for residential communities. He is currently the leader of MAB Strategic Advisors and Senior Vice President of Mirasol Capital, an investment firm pursuing opportunities in real estate, technology, and entertainment. Prior to Mirasol Capital, Britti spent 13 years at RealPage, a leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry, in leadership positions including President-Operations Management and Executive Vice President, M&A.\r\n\r\n\"I look forward to being part of the StarRez Board of Directors and working with such a talented team. She is nationally recognized for her innovative approaches to improving student access and success in higher education. She currently serves as President and CEO of College Track, a comprehensive college completion program that supports first-generation college students from underserved communities confronting systemic barriers to earn a bachelor\u2019s degree. Prior to College Track, Dr. Collado served as the President of Ithaca College, where she became the first person of color to serve as president and the first Dominican American in the United States to serve as president of a four-year institution. Launched in 2017, the board program leverages Vista\u2019s ecosystem and additional resources to identify, train, and appoint qualified board candidates for its portfolio companies.
