Elissa announced her plans to transition in mid-2020. College Track\u2019s board of directors is underway with a comprehensive search for the organization\u2019s next permanent CEO, who will be a leader with expertise in the college access and completion space and deeply aligned with College Track\u2019s core values.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Julia Chih joined College Track in 2014 and served as the Chief Finance &amp; Operating Officer prior to becoming Interim CEO. In this role, she oversees the national Strategic Initiatives, People, Operations, and Finance teams, and leads the strategy for College Track to achieve its 2024 Business Plan objectives. Over a six-year period, Julia built the operational infrastructure to grow the organization from $10 million to $30 million, while ensuring financial sustainability, program quality, and operational effectiveness. Prior to College Track, Julia was the Vice President of Finance &amp; Administration at CollegeSpring, where she prepared the organization for rapid national expansion.
